WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS LEAGUE FROM OTHER YOUTH LEAGUES?

***Training with Pros (Skills, mental, fundamentals, confidence)

***Confidence building sessions & devotionals

***Guaranteed Playing time (we enforce minutes policy)

***Competitive league in best bball facility

***A Youth League focused on Skill Development

***Proven program that has developed many players & parent recommendations

This is basketball player development at its best: Skills Training with Pros & Competitive league play in a Christ Centered environment. Take your game to another level training with pros and learning the game/fundamentals. Our trainers reputation among parents/players is second to none when it comes to connecting to kids, teaching the game, demonstrating skills at a high level, teaching life skills & building confidence. You will not have an opportunity to train & learn from pros in youth rec leagues like this! Our lead trainers have played professionally in 14 countries & train youth to pros full time through Nike Basketball & various training contracts. So players will be training, learning & having FUN with the same trainers who train Overseas & NBA pros. Please refer to our testimonial page to see what other Pros, Parents, Coaches & Players are saying about our program.

Our philosophy is different from most rec leagues because we focus on player development rather then just traditional team practices. Youth basketball is all about teaching kids skills & basketball IQ at the development ages of 5-17. We will not be focusing on running plays but rather teaching kids how to play.

Our goal is to help each player develop more confidence in their skills and increase their Basketball IQ through game experience. Our mission is to "Invest, Teach, Inspire" through the game of Basketball.

What's the Practice & Game Schedule?

Practices/Training will be Tuesday evening

We will split practice times up for each division but all the practices will occur between 5pm-8:30pm.  Tue evenings are skill development with trainers while we'll have parent coaches helping out handling the games if we exceed 4 teams per division.

League rules, coaching & Playing time Policy?

***This is a development league so each player will get quality training & game time minutes. With our league we will enforce a "Playing Time Policy" with all coaches on game days. Each player will get at least 9 game minutes out of the total 24 game minutes (6 min. quarters). We will ensure this happens by having a automatic clock stoppage at the 3 min.  mark of the first 3 quarters to sub in players. In the 4th quarter we give coaches freedom to play any player & there will be no 3 min sub stoppage.

***There is no running clock, clock will stop at every dead  ball. Subs in at 3 min mark of quarter.

***All teams will play man to man defense to help player development both offensively and defensively.

***There is no full court pressing or zone defenses allowed until the last 3 mins of the 4th quarter. This is also to increase player development but allow teams to catch up if they are down by a large amount.

COACHESDue to the amount of players/teams our pro training staff cannot coach these teams so we will need at least 2 parents to be the game coaches if we exceed 4 teams per division. To remove any fears of 'youth sports politics' we have enforced the "Playing Time Policy" to ensure no player gets left on the bench and has opportunities to play. We'll also have a coaches meeting before the league begins to go over league rules & make sure we're all on the same page to help every child & encourage them.
